Chapter 631: How To Get The Dragon.

After seeing all of the different scenes involving various divine beings talking about the same person, the question of why so many divine beings were hunting him had been answered without a doubt. So he was able to relax a little bit.

He sighed and said to himself, ’So this is mostly because of my identity as a dragon. But there is also the matter of revenge for destroying Crystal City from the Thorn House of Commerce and the revenge for trying to kill Heavy Anvil from the Army of Metal Alliance.’

’I blame my greed for this. If I hadn’t been greedy and eaten the whole Crystal City, maybe my identity as a dragon wouldn’t have been exposed.’

’For sure, if I hadn’t touched the Crystal City, the Thorn House of Commerce wouldn’t have been involved in this. However, even if I had done everything right, Monarch Craftsman’s Hammer, Heavy Anvil, and Craftsman’s Hammer would still get involved with me.’

’Those three would still attack me to get my Divine Metac. So the Army of Metal would still come after me for creating a new Divine Position.’

After summarizing his situation and confirming that his worst fears were not about to come to pass, he became a lot less afraid and a lot more confident about his situation. He still doesn’t plan to fight all of these people, but he is curious to see how they plan to deal with him.

When he thought about his situation, he said to himself, ’I can’t let this matter escalate beyond this for fear of drawing the attention of a Dao Lord, so I can’t fight them. But how exactly do they plan to deal with me?’

’Surely, they don’t plan to stay outside there and wait for me. But will they come into the world barrier to deal with me? How will they manage that if they lose lifespan every second here, and when they are suppressed by the world barrier?’

These thoughts made him chuckle and say inwardly, ’If they come into the world barrier like this, it will be so easy to kill them. No matter how many of them come here, without their Divine Metacs, they can forget about capturing me.’

While he was thinking, he smashed his fist into Heavy Anvil’s face again and said, "So what if everyone is here to kill me? How do they plan to do so?"

In response, Heavy Anvil spat in his face. So Loki pushed his fist into Heavy Anvil’s chest and twisted it.

What he did was painful, and Heavy Anvil grunted in pain, but the man refused to budge. He continued to glare at Loki as if he wanted to kill Loki with his eyes. So Loki tortured him some more.

Of course, Loki didn’t settle for questioning only Heavy Anvil. He also used the divine constellation to find out what they were planning.

This time, he encountered more resistance from the people who knew what was being planned. Only six people knew the plan, and none of them wanted him to know it. So he decided to pressure these few people with a continuous and expensive enquiry to let him know what he wanted him to know.

This stalemate continued for over an hour before one of them finally cracked. So he could finally see something about what they were planning.

He saw Money Body say, "How do we get the dragon out?"

The rank 8 leader of the Army of Metal replied, saying, "We won’t try to make him come out. Instead, we will go in after him."

This rank 8 leader was a forger. Loki could tell this much because her body seemed to be one large machine. When she spoke, she spoke with a sound of engines and rumbling and pistons firing.

Money Body didn’t seem to be satisfied with her answer because he frowned. Then he said, "Now, how do you think you’re going to manage that without dying? Since the dragon is not suppressed by the world barrier, anyone who goes in there after it will be at a disadvantage."

In response, a divine being of the Myriad Phenomenon Sect said confidently, "Level it to us. We will flush him out."

Money Body sighed and said, "At the risk of sounding like a broken puppet, I have to ask, how do you plan to do that?"

The divine being said, "We will create an array similar to a shield breaker and let it link up with any Cave Heaven in the world barrier. This will create a zone of..."

While the array master was speaking, Heavy Anvil decided to speak. He grinned at Loki and said, "It is too late. I will enjoy watching you die."

As he was saying this, he summoned his Cave Heaven. He made it appear above his head as the shadow of a large landmass.

Loki’s face fell when he saw this. He didn’t know what the complete plan was, but he heard enough to know that what Heavy Anvil was doing was bad.

So he decided to strike the Cave Heaven to destroy it instead of continuing to beat Heavy Anvil. But just as he raised his fist, something smashed into him.

What had struck him was an invisible force. It came from outside the world barrier.

This invisible force didn’t harm him in the slightest. All it did was disperse the fog of the world barrier around him.

When he looked around, he saw that a tunnel had formed in the world barrier. This tunnel was made by shimmering runes of various colors and shapes.

Immediately, he saw the shimmering runes, and the memory of the last time he saw runes like this flashed through his mind. This memory was of his experience dealing with the array that the disciples of the Myriad Phenomenon Sect were constructing.

The shimmering runes had formed a barrier that pushed aside the fog of the world barrier. So the shimmering runes were what had formed the tunnel.
